Shaun O’Reilly
Operations Director
Shaun is a guru in all operational aspects of HR & payroll. Employing his legislative wisdom, functional proficiency, development talent and project insight, Shaun provides support to the business, ensuring each project reaches its planned destination on time and in budget. Shaun completed his industrial psychology degree and Honours at the University of Johannesburg and is currently persuing his BSc Computer Science designation at UNISA.
Clark Fourie
Financial Director
Clark is a dynamic and energetic individual with a vast spectrum of knowledge, from crunching numbers to technical artificial intelligence development. He is strategically involved in all areas of the business to leverage from his pragmatic thinking, all-round knowledge and can-do attitude. His natural abilities are backed by a Master’s degree in IT from the University of Pretoria

Rumour has it when Jaco was born his first word was 01100001. As creative as he is logical, Jaco has mastered the art of business analysis and business intelligence and uses his skillset to understand and solve any business process challenge via his vast knowledge of technology. Jaco and his team, comprised of various experts in specific technologies ensure your solutions are stable and running optimally. Jaco completed various technical and development diplomas and certifications.

2021 Kevin Meyer
Like the servers Kevin manages, he has a 99.9% uptime. Even though he works like a machine, he has a big heart and is always willing to jump in and assist colleagues with work inside and outside of his domain. No technical challenge is insurmountable for Kevin, and he has vastly enriched the technological landscape of XFour Solutions and our customers.
